Youth Lacrosse of Minnesota

This registration collects general Association information and is your opportunity to commit to participation in YLM for the 2024 season.   A registration to collect Team commitments will be released separately.

YLM will collect Primary Association Contact information.  You will also be asked to provide contact information for the Association Treasurer, and an opportunity to share additional Association contacts

The registration also queries about opportunities for Associations to volunteer to host YLM events. 

This registration will not collect dues.  Payment instructions will be included on your registration receipt.

Ideally each Association will complete this registration only once.  Please make an effort to coordinate and avoid duplicate registrations. 

Registrations for coaches, team managers and fields are separate. Your Association may need to complete multiple registrations.
